These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jacks mobile application (the “App”) operated by Jacks LLC, based in the United States. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Use of the App

  • Jacks is designed to help users track combat-sports training, log sparring sessions, and connect with gyms and other athletes.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
     

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
     

3. User Content

  • You may upload or record training data, gym locations, or other related information (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Jacks a limited license to display and operate it within the App.

  • You agree not to upload any offensive, misleading, or unlawful material.
     

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Certain features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • All purchases are processed through our platform or the App Store under its applicable terms and refund policies.
     

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Jacks is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your training activities or reliance on information within the App.
     

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
